AGORA Refuge Center Inc. Bacolod is a nonprofit organization based in Bacolod City, the City of Smiles, in the Philippines.

Inspired by Jesus’ teachings and driven by compassion, ARC is dedicated to helping individuals and communities overcome life’s challenges by providing holistic support and empowerment.

We are a community-led center that offers a safe space for healing, connection, and transformation. Whether facing physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual struggles, ARC welcomes everyone with open arms.
